 截拳道武馆的馆主天龙（石天龙饰）是全国散打比赛冠军的有利人选。而他明艳可人的妹妹晓莉（黄洋饰）正在设计以中化武术绝技“截拳道”为背景的游戏程序上司郭威（张耀扬饰）也对她大加追求，就在晓莉事业爱情双得意、截拳道游戏即将设计完成的一刻，软件神秘被盗！追踪中，晓莉发现意是情人郭威盗窃了她的软件。震惊之余，晓莉冲去指责郭威的背叛，却遭黑帮动持。利欲熏心的郭威又绑架了天龙的弟弟（苏志威饰）以相要挟。大敌当头，同为中华武术人，素有积怨的武林同道醉拳拳师志豪（郑志豪 饰）与天龙消除干戈、大龙联手，小慧也义不容辞，并肩对敌，三人一路刀光剑影，杀气冲天……哪料到真正的强敌却是邪恶铁拳郭军（周比利饰），一场生死攸关的龙争虎斗就此展开……
