7th century Arabia. A time of feuding tribes vying for power and supremacy. 本片是八一厂继地道战、地雷战之后的终结篇。抗日战争时期，正太铁路线上，活跃着一支专门破坏敌人交通运输线的队伍。深夜，青石坡民兵队长吕春秀（穆宁饰）飞身登上敌列，将束集手榴弹扔进车箱，炸的鬼子哭爹喊娘，与此同时，平阳关大桥也被我军梁营长（王庆祥饰）带人炸毁。敌伪内部为推卸责任内讧迭起，狡猾的松本少将（王夫棠饰）为“以华治华”计谋考虑，迅速平息了事态。他要求警备队长郎友仁（大李饰）与日军中队长村内（木子饰）精诚团结，将军火运往阳泉增援守敌。此计被梁营长识破，行动被粉碎。村内乘我不备，带人血洗了青石坡村，并修复好被炸塌的桥墩。魔高一尺，道高一丈。梁营长趁敌麻痹，率众民兵给日寇致命打击，村内绝望自杀。凶残的松本不甘失败......
